Paul is a Senior Partner at KSI Consulting Engineers, and a registered Professional Engineer in seventeen states. He is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in engineering and project management. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a LEED Accredited Professional. His current focus is in the academic, and commercial sectors.

Luis Rodriguez CPD, LEED AP - Senior Partner MEP

Mr. Rodriguez has many years experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering projects and has managed a wide variety of project types. He is certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) and designs with a "whole building" approach. Taking into consideration high water efficiency, energy, fire protection, sewer systems, and sustainability, he provides assessments and recommends alternatives that meet the client's very specific individual needs as well as assisting in conserving natural resources. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has completed projects in a wide variety of sectors including high-tech laboratories, healthcare facilities, educational facilities and universities.

Andrew Christie LEED AP - Senior Partner MEP

Mr. Christie has successfully designed and managed a wide variety of project types. Throughout his career, Mr. Christie has been credited with many successful projects fostered from his engineering experience, project management and coordination skills. He focuses his engineering efforts on systems and technologies that are state-of-the-art in terms of energy efficiency and maintainability. He has completed projects in a wide variety of sectors including high-tech laboratories, restaurants, healthcare facilities and educational facilities and universities. In addition to Mr. Christie having an innate IT knowledge he is a LEED Accredited Professional.
